Tickets grant access to the overall Balkan Trafik! programme for the day booked, rather than to the performance of any particular artist.

The programme and the line-up of individual groups are subject to change. The cancellation of an artist’s, group’s or individual group member’s participation due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control does not, in itself, entitle ticket holders to a full or partial refund, provided that the relevant festival day takes place and its essential characteristics are preserved.

This provision is subject to consumers’ mandatory rights under applicable law. Any changes will be communicated to the public as soon as reasonably possible.
